Processing options
- Buckle assembly — plastic buckle, metal D-ring or slide buckle fitted in-house.
- Length — cut to order, from short cable ties to long load straps.
- Colour coding — a different colour per bundle size or per site.

Quality control
We inspect length, width, colour, seal and hardware on a sample from each run. And Keep a retention sample so a repeat order can be compared against the original.

What is the minimum order? 500 m for stock shades and 3,000 m for a custom dye lot. Smaller trial quantities from stock widths are possible — tell us the width and the annual volume.
How long does it take? Samples ship in 7 days. Bulk runs take 2-3 weeks after the lab dip is approved.
What tolerance do you hold on slit width? ±0.5 mm. If your line needs a tighter band, say so when you send the drawing — it changes how the roll is wound, not just how it is cut.
Can you match a sample we already use? Yes. Send the sample or the peel and shear figures you work to. And We will match the construction and the closure force rather than just the colour.
