Where it goes
Upholstery and soft furnishing take it in volume: loose covers, cushion backs, headboard panels and mattress tick, where a sewn closure has to survive commercial laundering.
Industrial buyers use it for bundling and holding — cable sleeves, machine guards, exhibition panels and reusable transport wraps that open and close on site.

Processing options
- Width splits — one master roll can be split into several slits, which is how small widths stay economical.
- Piece cutting — cut to length and bundled for kitting, with the ends sealed.
- Adhesive option — coating applied to one face for hybrid sewn-and-stuck assemblies.
- Dyeing — stock black and white held; other colours against an approved lab dip.
Quality control
Incoming yarn, woven greige and finished tape are each inspected — the finished check covers width, thickness, colour and closure cycles. Results are recorded per lot and a retention sample is filed for twelve months.
Common questions
What is the minimum order? 500 m for stock shades and 3,000 m for a custom dye lot. Smaller trial quantities from stock widths are possible — tell us the width and the annual volume.
How long does it take? Samples ship in 7 days. Bulk runs take 2-3 weeks after the lab dip is approved.
What tolerance do you hold on slit width? ±0.5 mm. If your line needs a tighter band, say so when you send the drawing — it changes how the roll is wound, not just how it is cut.
Can you match a sample we already use? Yes. Send the sample or the peel and shear figures you work to. And We will match the construction and the closure force rather than just the colour.
