Where it goes
Apparel is the largest user: plackets, cuffs, waistbands, pocket flaps and adjustable tabs, where the tape replaces buttons, zips and press studs and keeps the closure flat against the body.
The same tape goes into medical supports, sports braces, footwear and bag flaps — anywhere the closure has to open and close thousands of times without losing grip.

Processing options
- Slitting to ±0.5 mm — the tolerance that matters when the tape is fed by a guide rather than by hand.
- Stitching-ready edges — heat-sealed or woven selvedge, your choice, depending on how the seam is finished.
- Backing options — plain sew-on as standard; pressure-sensitive adhesive available for hybrid assemblies.
- Colour — stock black and white, or a dye lot matched to your Pantone reference.
Quality control
We record width, thickness, weave density, peel strength and shear strength for every lot. And Test on the matched pair rather than on single rolls. A roll from the start and a roll from the end of the run are both checked, because a drift across the run shows up there first.
Common questions
What is the minimum order? 500 m for stock shades and 3,000 m for a custom dye lot. Smaller trial quantities from stock widths are possible — tell us the width and the annual volume.
How long does it take? Samples ship in 7 days. Bulk runs take 2-3 weeks after the lab dip is approved.
What tolerance do you hold on slit width? ±0.5 mm. If your line needs a tighter band, say so when you send the drawing — it changes how the roll is wound, not just how it is cut.
Can you match a sample we already use? Yes. Send the sample or the peel and shear figures you work to. And We will match the construction and the closure force rather than just the colour.
