Processing options
- Weldable backing — PP-compatible carrier for ultrasonic or heat staking onto a moulded shell.
- Profiled outline — the part can be moulded to a shape, with holes and locating features in the same shot.
- Colour at the mould — pigmented in the tool, so the colour runs through the part and cannot rub off.
- Strip or part — supplied as continuous strip, or as individual moulded parts.
Quality control
Each lot is checked against the drawing: hook profile, backing thickness, width and closure force. Cycle testing is done on a sample so the figure in the lot report is measured, not assumed.

What is the minimum order? 500 m for stock shades and 3,000 m for a custom dye lot. Smaller trial quantities from stock widths are possible — tell us the width and the annual volume.
How long does it take? Samples ship in 7 days. Bulk runs take 2-3 weeks after the lab dip is approved.
What tolerance do you hold on slit width? ±0.5 mm. If your line needs a tighter band, say so when you send the drawing — it changes how the roll is wound, not just how it is cut.
