Where it goes
In garment production the tape is chosen where metal hardware is not allowed: childrenswear, medical garments, protective clothing and anything that passes through a metal detector at the plant gate.
Outside apparel it appears in pet products, outdoor covers, PPE and reusable packaging, where a sewn closure outlasts an adhesive one.

Processing options
- Width splits — one master roll can be split into several slits, which is how small widths stay economical.
- Piece cutting — cut to length and bundled for kitting, with the ends sealed.
- Adhesive option — coating applied to one face for hybrid sewn-and-stuck assemblies.
- Dyeing — stock black and white held; other colours against an approved lab dip.
Quality control
Finished rolls are inspected for width, splice count, colour and closure force. And A sample is washed to the customer standard where the end use is launderable. The lot report and a retention sample travel with the shipment record.
Common questions
What is the minimum order? 500 m for stock shades and 3,000 m for a custom dye lot. Smaller trial quantities from stock widths are possible — tell us the width and the annual volume.
How long does it take? Samples ship in 7 days. Bulk runs take 2-3 weeks after the lab dip is approved.
What tolerance do you hold on slit width? ±0.5 mm. If your line needs a tighter band, say so when you send the drawing — it changes how the roll is wound, not just how it is cut.
Can you match a sample we already use? Yes. Send the sample or the peel and shear figures you work to. And We will match the construction and the closure force rather than just the colour.
