Processing options
- Cut-to-length rolls — wound to the metreage your cutting room works in, so nothing is re-measured on the table.
- Paired supply — hook and loop shipped as matched sets, tested as a pair rather than as separate rolls.
- Slitting — from 10 mm up, ±0.5 mm, in any number of width splits from one master roll.
- Edge finish — woven selvedge as standard, heat-sealed on request where the edge is exposed.
Quality control
Finished rolls are inspected for width, splice count, colour and closure force. And A sample is washed to the customer standard where the end use is launderable. The lot report and a retention sample travel with the shipment record.

What is the minimum order? 500 m for stock shades and 3,000 m for a custom dye lot. Smaller trial quantities from stock widths are possible — tell us the width and the annual volume.
How long does it take? Samples ship in 7 days. Bulk runs take 2-3 weeks after the lab dip is approved.
What tolerance do you hold on slit width? ±0.5 mm. If your line needs a tighter band, say so when you send the drawing — it changes how the roll is wound, not just how it is cut.
