Processing options
- Slitting — any width from 10 mm up, held to ±0.5 mm so the roll feeds your line without re-trimming.
- Die-cutting — tabs, discs and shaped parts kiss-cut on a liner for repeatable placement.
- Adhesive conversion — acrylic or hot-melt coating where part of the assembly is laminated rather than sewn.
- Colour matching — dyed to a Pantone reference, with a lab dip approved before bulk.
Quality control
Incoming yarn, woven greige and finished tape are each inspected — the finished check covers width, thickness, colour and closure cycles. Results are recorded per lot and a retention sample is filed for twelve months.
Common questions
What is the minimum order? 500 m for stock shades and 3,000 m for a custom dye lot. Smaller trial quantities from stock widths are possible — tell us the width and the annual volume.
How long does it take? Samples ship in 7 days. Bulk runs take 2-3 weeks after the lab dip is approved.
What tolerance do you hold on slit width? ±0.5 mm. If your line needs a tighter band, say so when you send the drawing — it changes how the roll is wound, not just how it is cut.
